About Sarah
I have 10 years of competitive swimming experience, I am an NCAA athlete and competed at nationals. I have 6 years of coaching that includes private lessons, group lessons, and coaching 3 different levels of a club team. I coach all levels from beginner to elite swimmers and all ages, toddlers to adults. My specialties include perfecting technique, water safety, and personalized workouts tailored to swimmer needs for improvement and success.
