About Fiona

I'm a political scientist currently finishing my M.A. degree, and I've been tutoring French since my high school days. I've maintained my French language skills predominantly through household use and international travel, though I also have an extensive collection of textbooks and novels in French. I have tutored at a number of agencies throughout my many moves and have taught entire adult classes as well.

About the lesson

I emphasize a well-rounded approach to learning a new language, including reading, writing, and speaking practice. We will begin by discussing your personal goals, and I will tailor our sessions to best meet your goals and skills. Classes will involve reviewing previous material before moving on to new material, whether than be technical business language or covering new vocabulary for a book we're reading together.
