No refund will be given if student does not attend class. Teacher will wait in the meeting 15 minutes for a full hour slot and 10 minutes for a half hour slot. If the class is Skype only, teacher will attempt to contact the student at the beginning of the class time, and every five minutes thereafter until the end of the waiting time.
No refund will be given after class has taken place in any form.
Rescheduling due to technical difficulties will be at the teacher’s discretion.
Full refund if you cancel 24 or more hours before class start time.
No refund for cancellation 24 hours or less before class start time.
If teacher cancels class, the class will be rescheduled for a time that is convenient for the student during the teacher’s scheduled work hours.
Package refund – Refund unused lessons minus discount (so charge full price for individual lessons already taught and subtract that from what was paid for the package with the remainder being refunded to the student.)
