About Dorothy
I have a degree at UC Berkeley and I have been giving lessons for 2 years. I have taught 4 students ranges from 5-9 years old. My students were able to talk a lot better and be able to make simple sentence with correct sentence structure and grammar. We were able to communicate fully in Chinese at a considerable pace.

I aim to create a student-centered learning environment more than an overly assessment-focused environment. My teaching method leans toward developing a healthy learning habit for students when it comes to learning a new language. I approach each topic by introducing a short and interesting story/daily activity in order to bring in new subject material to students in an easy and no stress approach.
