About Hugh

As a native Australian English speaker currently studying at Paris School of Business, I bring a friendly, practical and professional approach to helping students improve their English. My extensive experience in hospitality, customer service and restaurant environments has taught me how to communicate clearly, adapt to different people and create a welcoming atmosphere.

I believe learning a language should be engaging, encouraging and relevant to everyday life. My lessons focus on building confidence through natural conversation, improving pronunciation and vocabulary, and developing the practical communication skills needed for travel, work and study. My approach to tutoring is friendly, practical and conversational. As a native Australian English speaker with extensive hospitality experience, I understand the importance of clear communication, confidence and adapting to different people and situations.

I am currently studying at Paris School of Business and bring extensive experience communicating with people from diverse backgrounds through my work in cafés, restaurants, bars and customer-facing roles. While my background is in hospitality rather than formal language teaching, I bring patience, approachability and a practical understanding of how English is used in everyday situations.
