About Akash
I’m Akash Bhil, Founder & Coach at Impact Fitness Studio in Bharuch, India. I’ve been coaching since 2018 and have helped 1,000+ people through face-to-face and online coaching.
I’m a NASM Certified Coach, K11 Certified Personal Trainer and Optimum Nutrition Certified Nutritionist.
Over the years, I’ve learned that most people don’t struggle because they lack workout information. They struggle with consistency, structure and accountability. That’s why my coaching goes beyond simply prescribing exercises.
I specialize in strength training, sustainable fat loss and personalized coaching for busy professionals, including Indians and NRIs living abroad.
My goal is to help you build a stronger, healthier body through a realistic system you can actually sustain alongside your work, family and lifestyle.

My coaching is built around one principle: your fitness plan should fit your life, not the other way around.
I provide personalized online coaching for busy professionals, Indians and NRIs who want to lose fat, build strength, improve fitness and stay consistent.
We start by understanding your goals, training experience, lifestyle, schedule, available equipment and food preferences. From there, I create a structured training approach suited to you.
Coaching can include personalized workouts, Indian-food based nutrition guidance, exercise technique support, accountability, progress tracking and regular adjustments based on your results.
This is not a generic workout plan. The process is simple: Assess → Plan → Train → Track → Review → Adjust → Progress.
Whether you train at a gym or at home, the goal is to build a sustainable system that keeps you progressing wherever you live.
