I am currently a final year psychology undergraduate at UBC. I have 3 years of experience teaching English and Theatre to children from 3 - 18 years of age. I am also a full time visual artist, dancer and actress!

My teaching methods include personalized programmes (based on your existing interests) that help make language learning more engaging and applicable. I typically create a set of lesson plans that touch on reading & writing comprehension (through assigned short readings and reflections). The lesson plans also involve a second section of interaction with movies, tv shows and videos that help build on oral comprehension. I also try and include a conversational part of the lesson throughout to try and maintain applicable practice of what we're learning!
