About Myra
I’m a Physics tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Nuclear Physics. My teaching goes beyond textbooks—I integrate geophysics and earth sciences to make physics meaningful and connected to the real world. I guide students in exploring topics like plate tectonics, seismic waves, and climate physics through the lens of physical principles. By combining physics with data analysis and modelling, I help learners understand the Earth's structure, atmospheric dynamics, and geological processes. My teaching style supports learners who enjoy building, exploring, or understanding how things work deeply. I give regular and helpful feedback so students know what they’ve mastered and where they can improve. I make sure they understand the ‘why’ behind every concept, not just the formula. Lessons are paced to suit each student’s learning style and curiosity. I encourage questions, foster curiosity, and create a space where no idea is too small to explore.
