About Michael
Hi! My name is Michael, and I'm a current student at Cambridge. As someone who's naturally introverted, I've learned many skills and practices to become a well-spoken presenter in professional, academic, and informal environments. Since secondary school, I've given conference presentations, participated in academic poster sessions, performed sketch and improv comedy, and led educational seminars for a variety of audiences, including international secondary school students. I'd love to share what I've learned with you!
Please note: I am not a speech pathologist/therapist and am not qualified to treat speech- and language-related disorders (e.g., stutters, aphasia, apraxia).

Whether you're preparing for a thesis defense or trying to overcome nerves related to public speaking, I'm happy to work with you to tailor a custom lesson plan. I've worked with people of all ages on their public speaking skills, including those whose first language isn't English. We'll create a plan together, then work to address the concerns you have, from writing out a presentation, giving a speech, or practicing improvised speaking.
