I’ve known Julie since we were classmates in grade school. Since then, I have been inspired by her enthusiasm toward learning, in every area of her life: student, teacher, tutor, academic advisor, instructor, or coach. When Julie decides she wants to learn something, her goal often becomes one of mastering the subject matter. Years ago, while working at a ski lodge, she learned to ski, then moved on to become a ski instructor, and ultimately a leader on the ski rescue team. As a teacher, Julie brings this energy and zest for life to the classroom. Julie is committed to constructing lessons that are knowledgeable, easy to understand, and interesting to students. She is a creative instructor and provides an environment that is engaging, while also offering encouragement to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.

Julie is an excellent teacher. She gives 100 percent plus to all her students to achieve their highest academic and personal goals.
She cares about each child as an individual, which is so important in creating a successful learning atmosphere. She draws out, and expands upon each childs learning strengths , while always giving the support and extra time to any student who may need it.
