About Elizabeth

Having benefited from tutoring myself during primary school, I understand firsthand how much academic success can impact our self-esteem and personal fulfillment. Today, as a second-year CÉGEP student and volunteer at tutoring centers, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same sense of achievement and confidence. I believe in YOU and your ability to SUCCEED. Together, we’ll explore learning strategies tailored to your unique strengths and goals. My teaching approach balances kindness and compassion to create a nurturing and encouraging space with rigor and consistency, to ensure steady progress and long-lasting results. Above all, I believe that learning should be a rewarding and empowering experience. Whether you’re struggling with a subject, aiming to improve your grades, or just want to deepen your understanding, I’ll be there to support you every step of the way!

About the lesson

I believe that tutoring should be tailored to every student's needs. We will work together to understand what teaching style works better for you so you can get the most out of them! While volunteering as a tutor for teenagers in Montréal, I've utilized mock-tests, repetition, etymology and proven scientific study tricks, like understanding the memory curve, to help my students achieve great results. While I am more adept at tutoring teenagers, I thoroughly understand primary and collegiate French, English, history and philosophy as well.

Motivated and bilingual CÉGEP student and volunteer tutor passionate in helping others! I am knowledgeable in French grammar, spelling and syntax. I believe that patience, compassion and encouragement
