About Ediz
I have always had a passion for swimming since age of 3.
I was fortunate enough to be taught by an ex-Olympian.
I want to help as many people as I can with swimming, as it is a lifesaving skill worth knowing.
Swimming has huge health benefits such as
1. Full-body workout
Swimming engages almost every muscle group arms, legs, core, and back all at once, helping build strength and tone.
2. Great for heart health
It’s an excellent form of cardio. Regular swimming improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, and strengthens your heart.
3. Low impact on joints
Because you’re supported by water, there’s very little stress on joints and bones. That makes it ideal if you have injuries, arthritis, or just want something easier on your body.
4. Improves lung capacity and breathing
Swimming trains your breathing control and can increase lung efficiency over time.
5. Burns calories
It can be as intense or relaxed as you want. Faster strokes like freestyle or butterfly burn a lot of calories and help with weight management.
6. Boosts mental health
Being in water can be calming. Swimming is known to reduce stress, anxiety, and even improve mood.

The wide range of motion in swimming helps keep your joints flexible and muscles long and loose.

I am known as a charismatic young man, ex-competitive swimmer who swam in London Youth Games, born and raised in South West London.
I am proud to mention I have 85 5* reviews which I can showcase.
I offer private mobile swim lessons for residents/clients who have access to their own pools.
I teach all abilities & ages 3+ from beginners to triathletes looking for competitive times.
I have been a swim coach for clubs, and I am used to teaching 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 8:1 plus adult group classes.
I have AUDHD, which allows me to coach in adaptable ways, particularly supporting swimmers with similar disabilities to understand, progress, and confidently achieve their goals.
I also provide underwater analysis for stroke improvement.

I tailor everything to each client including the session and lesson plans.
The online service is more for swimmers who already swim and require small changes to better their swim. It’s also good if clients have their own footage to share so we can go through what we can improve on using demonstrations and drills.
I also provide online lesson plans for clients that have their times recorded.
