A little info about me:
I have more than 5 years of personal practice experience.
Passed 2 vipassana retreats 7 days long each
(yes, it’s this type of retreat when you have no phones, not talking and have only meditations and yoga during all days).

Meditation is the powerful instrument that helps to train your attention to become more energetic, to become more calm and happy, to stay present and focused on what you really want.
