About Helen
I am a Masters of Teaching (Primary) student at the University of Melbourne. I am a UoM alumni with a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology & Economics). I have a 3+ year history working as a Teaching Assistant at Kumon Australia - an organisation that centres around developing and mentoring the Mathematical and Literacy skills of its students in order to achieve individualised study plans. I have a keen and vested interest in education, it is where my passion lies.

My teaching method is based on creating individualised study plans. One where the needs and wants of the student are identified early on, and a carefully devised study plan is created. Where the strengths and weaknesses of the student are identified, along with creating goals with the student.
