About Eduardo
I’m one of those people that genuinely like learning and does not think they’ll ever stop. I approach tutoring sessions trying to put myself in my student’s spot, which they seem to enjoy too. By using this method, some of them have managed to go from an average of 40 to an average of 83 in classes they used to be sure they would never understand.
To say that I know everything would be an overstatement even for the most intelligent people in the world, which is why when a student brings a question, I don’t know the answer to, we make sure that we both understand the answer by practicing with the new concepts and definitions while also making sure we’re good with our foundational knowledge.

Curiosity is the most everyday feeling for any child, unfortunately, there’s a moment in which the education system makes it so that it isn’t that way.
The approach I take when teaching is based upon the Montessori educational model, where curiosity is encouraged and children are treated as competent beings that can take important decisions; this teaches children how to be critical thinkers and independent learners, where they can take it upon themselves to study and acquire knowledge.
Based on this, I usually have one-hour online sessions with children where I guide, help them with their school work and prepare them for tests while also trying to impart the Montessori values.
I have been teaching all my life, but I've been doing it as a job since I was 17 years old, starting at the school graduated from, adjusting to IB standards, to helping the companies I've worked in, to train new recruits.
I usually work with children between the ages of 10 and 16, but I've also worked with 17 and 18 year olds when tutoring for college admissions tests.
