About Amy
I have endorsed excellence throughout NCEA. I took chemistry, biology, physics, calculus and English throughout high school, receiving service/leadership awards, academic awards, and a scholarship from the University of Otago. I'm also very comfortable talking to individuals, so I will ensure that the student can open up to me with questions without feeling uncomfortable! I am currently a third-year medical imaging student at the University of Auckland.

I have excelled academically throughout high school, endorsing excellence at all NCEA levels. I am super bubbly and friendly, and I want my students to be comfortable around me and understand the concepts' key ideas and study efficiently. I will teach students to use flashcards and mind maps and explain the key ideas in the simplest way to enhance their learning. Learning should start by structuring linkages between topics rather than relying solely on rote learning (although this is important too).
