About Nadya

I am a qualified medical doctor from Indonesia and a Chevening Scholar (2025/26), with an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM).

My professional background combines clinical medicine, primary healthcare, public health, and health policy. I have worked as a general practitioner in hospitals and primary healthcare settings, gaining hands-on experience in patient care, clinical decision-making, and disease prevention. My postgraduate studies have further strengthened my expertise in epidemiology, health economics, health systems, and evidence-based policymaking.

Having experienced both clinical practice and postgraduate education, I understand the challenges of mastering complex medical concepts and applying theoretical knowledge to real-world problems.

I am passionate about making medicine and public health accessible, engaging, and easier to understand. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, encouraging critical thinking, and helping students build confidence in their academic abilities.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to make complex medical and public health concepts easier to understand, apply, and remember. As a qualified medical doctor with postgraduate training in Health Policy, Planning and Financing at LSE and LSHTM, I combine clinical experience with a strong academic foundation.

I offer personalised tutoring in clinical and preclinical medicine, anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, and GAMSAT preparation, particularly Section 3.

Each lesson is tailored to your academic level, learning objectives, and areas of difficulty. My teaching approach focuses on:

- Conceptual understanding: Breaking down challenging topics into clear, manageable explanations.
- Clinical reasoning: Connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world clinical scenarios.
