About Nick
Hi, I'm Nick, I'm at uni now but I used to be a student just like you! If it weren't for my tutors back in the day I wouldn't be where I am now. I truly believe that every student has the potential to achieve any grade, a level 4 student today can reach a level 9! It's simply about putting more care and structure into the way you study, not necessarily putting in more hours.

I teach with a visual and intuitive approach, using diagrams and real-life examples to make complex Maths and Physics concepts easier to grasp. My lessons are typically 1 hour long and tailored to each student’s needs and pace. I have 2 years of experience mentoring GCSE students through school programmes, and I’ve achieved top grades at both GCSE (ten Grade 9s) and A-Level (3 A*s in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics). My lessons are ideal for GCSE and A-Level students looking to build confidence, master exam techniques, and reach their academic goals.

When I was a GCSE student Nick taught me for a year via our student mentorship program. He was a fantastic tutor and was super patient with me even when I was struggling with "easy" topics like long division. He teaches in a structured manner which targeted my weakness and put more emphasis on practice in these areas but he never takes things too seriously and his chill demeanor made me really enjoy learning maths for once. I don't think i could recommend a better tutor!
