About Matilda
My name is Matilda Clewley. I’m a musician myself, and I love to teach people who are new to music everything that I have learnt so far. It’s really beautiful to see people discovering music and how happy it makes them, and I’m here to nurture and develop that passion so that students can feel more confident than ever in what they do.

My lessons are relaxed, but effective, providing a safe space for students of any ability to develop their musical skills. Students can choose to work through grades in their instrument, or simply learn the songs that they love. I also teach songwriting, meaning that students can work on their original material during my lessons. I can work with them to improve songs they are currently writing, or teach them how to write songs if they are interested in starting.
