About Vlad
About Me & Why I Teach
I have recently completed my A-Levels in Mathematics, Economics and Law, achieving 3 A*s. Having gone through the process myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel trying to achieve top grades, especially when you don’t always have access to the same resources, guidance or support as others.
That is one of the main reasons I want to tutor. I believe that achieving high grades and gaining access to top universities should be possible for everyone, regardless of their background or the resources they have available.
I know what it feels like to have to figure things out for yourself, which is why I want to be the person I would have benefited from having. I want to share the knowledge, revision techniques, resources and exam strategies I have learnt, so that my students don’t have to navigate everything alone.
For me, tutoring isn’t just about teaching a subject. It’s about giving students the confidence, knowledge and tools to realise what they are capable of and reach goals they may not have thought were possible.

My aim is not simply to teach you the content and move on. I want you to genuinely understand what you are learning, know how to revise effectively, and feel confident applying your knowledge under exam conditions.
Having recently achieved 3 A*s in Maths, Economics and Law, I understand what it takes to turn knowledge into top exam marks. I will teach you practical revision techniques, exam strategies, how to approach difficult questions, how to identify exactly where you are losing marks, and how to structure your answers for maximum marks.
Lessons will be personalised to you and your current ability. Whether you are struggling with the basics, aiming to move from a B to an A*, or simply want to push yourself further, we will focus on what will make the biggest difference to your results.
I will go beyond the textbook and syllabus, helping you build effective study habits, improve your confidence and become an independent learner. My goal is for you to leave every lesson knowing not only what you need to learn, but how to learn it and how to turn it into marks in the exam.

Drapac is an amazing maths tutor. He is patient, understanding and always makes sure I understand topics fully before moving on. His explanations are clear and easy to follow and he adapts his teaching to suit, if needed. He goes through past papers and mark schemes to help explain where people go wrong and what the examiner is looking for, which I found very useful. I am definitely way more confident with maths and I honestly couldn’t of done it without Drapac. I would definitely recommend Drapac to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable maths tutor!!
