About Aliah
My name is Aliah Iqbal, and I have always had a strong passion for mathematics, which began during my secondary school years. While studying at college, I gained valuable experience as a teaching assistant at Fir Vale Secondary School. I then pursued a BSc in Mathematics at Sheffield Hallam University, where I graduated with First Class Honours. This further deepened my enthusiasm for the subject, leading me to complete an MSc in Mathematics at the University of Sheffield. I have always enjoyed helping students understand mathematical concepts, and I see myself continuing this path by teaching mathematics in the future.

My teaching approach involves a combination of methods. I begin by going through PowerPoint slides to explain various topics in mathematics. After that, I provide students with questions to practise, which I then mark and review with them. Furthermore, to make the lessons more engaging and enjoyable, I also include quizzes for the students to participate in.
