About Balance Studio
Hi, I’m Dhanashree, a Yoga Therapist, Clinical Nutritionist, and the founder of Balance with Shree.
With Master’s degrees in Yoga and Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, and specialized training in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, I bring together the science of wellness and the wisdom of yoga.
Over the past 5+ years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding 1,000+ individuals towards healthier lifestyles.
I believe wellness isn’t about quick fixes or perfection. It’s about understanding your body, building strong foundations, and making small, consistent changes that last.
My goal is simple: to help you find your balance, both on and off the mat.

My approach to yoga goes beyond simply practicing asanas. I believe that every individual is unique, and so are their needs. I take the time to understand each student’s body, lifestyle, goals, and limitations to create sessions that are meaningful, practical, and personalized.
I strongly believe that the basics build the foundation, and consistency brings transformation. My focus is on developing a strong foundation, improving body awareness, and progressing mindfully rather than rushing into advanced practices.
With my background in Yoga, Clinical Nutrition, and Dietetics, I bring a broader understanding of health and wellness to my teaching. I believe that movement, nutrition, and lifestyle go hand in hand in creating sustainable well-being.
For me, yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a holistic journey that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. My sessions incorporate asanas, pranayama, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to support overall well-being.
My aim is not just to guide you through a yoga session, but to help you understand your body, build healthy habits, and make wellness a sustainable part of your everyday life.
