About Aine
I am 23 and originally from Glasgow, Scotland. I have completed an undergraduate and masters degree in law and am currently training to become a barrister.
I have worked with kids/young adults as a hockey coach, a camp counsellor and an English language teacher. It brings me great joy to be able to share the skills I have picked up over the years with others. I was particularly proud of a student I had who began learning English with me at A1 level and proceeded to pass her C2 qualification. I believe that hard work, determination and inspiring confidence in students is the key to success.

My experience in teaching has taught me the importance of tailoring lessons to the needs of the individual student as every person learns differently. I prefer not to talk at students but rather enter into discussions and provide a platform for them to practice. Typically, my classes are 45 minutes to an hour long. I have one year's experience teaching English as a second language consolidated by my TEFL qualification. I am also happy to teach English literature.
