About Nagireddi
I am Mounica, a graduate from NIT Durgapur. During college, I actively taught students preparing for competitive exams on weekends, which helped me discover my passion for teaching mathematics and mentoring.
After graduation, I worked in Tata Electronics for a year, gaining valuable professional experience. Currently, I am preparing for the UPSC examination. Alongside my preparation, I continue teaching mathematics because I genuinely enjoy teaching mathematics. Seeing students overcome their fear of math and improve their performance is what motivates me to teach.

My teaching approach focuses on interactive nature, improving analytical thinking and conceptual understanding. I simplify complex mathematical concepts by explaining in a way the student understands. I encourage them to ask questions and resolve them to my fullest ability.
The structure of class is
a) Interact and understand the student's current level and the requirements of the student
b) Explain the whole concept with examples and explain the tricks the learner can use to solve faster in a time-bound manner
c) After every concept, the student will be given questions under my guidance & the learner solves to identify mistakes and strengthen the understanding.
d) Give some practice questions, strengthen the morale of the student, dedicated doubt session if any are left, and take feedback from the student to improve from both ends.
My special features include focusing on improvement in students' learning, exam orientation, and improving time and accuracy while solving.
The classes are intended for school students who want to excel in math or want to prepare for Navodaya or boards or any competitive exam and those who want to give competitive examinations like UPSC CSAT, SSC, Banking, and other examinations.
