About Haritha
As I mentioned earlier, I'm a master's graduate. I'm also a professional writer for corporate magazines. While being a writer is satisfying in its own way, the corporate life is not one made for me. I've always been a fan of research work. My goal is to follow my passion of research work and teaching. I believe in the concept of individual perception. I'm not a traditional teacher. I used to be the odd one out in the mix myself when I was growing up. So I have first-hand experience what such forced traditional implementation could do to a budding mind.
My way of teaching is a two way street. I love interacting with my students and understanding what they require assistance in and formulating a plan to help them effectively. It's all based on communication and its the best way to understand what is required of me as a teacher.
