About Shannon
I am in my final year in Monash University majoring in Communications and Marketing with solid HD transcripts.
Like the title suggested, I was born and raised in Shanghai, China. With Mandarin being one of my native languages, I can read, understand, and converse in a sophisticated and fluent manner.
Teaching has always been my side passion as I've taught multiple primary school students in written expression and comprehension.

I give lessons to anyone who is trying to improve their Mandarin, no matter if you're a student or working adult.
I don't believe in teaching 'template', language lessons should be personalised to everyone differently.
I will assess your basic strengths and weaknesses and improve based on your existing skills and what you want to achieve.
My teaching method is straight-forward. As much as theories are important, I believe practice makes perfect. Trials and errors make people recall and learn better so my classes will involve extensive practices.
