About Coach
I’m Coach Alan, an experienced personal trainer and trainee psychotherapist based in Dublin who specializes in helping busy working moms transform their health, mindset, and confidence. My approach blends fitness, psychology, and real-life understanding to create lasting results. I started coaching after turning my own life around and now use that experience to help others regain energy, rebuild self-belief, and finally feel comfortable in their own skin.

My online personal training sessions are designed for busy working mums who are new to strength training and want to regain confidence, strength, and energy without turning their life upside down. Each session lasts around 50 minutes and takes place online, with full guidance and real-time feedback throughout.
The programme is strength-focused and built around gradual progression. In the first two weeks, we prioritise form, control, and building consistency. In the third week, we then shift the focus toward refining technique rather than chasing intensity. Once the correct technique is established, we gradually increase the challenge to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more capable every week.
Every session is adapted to your fitness level and schedule, combining structure, accountability, and support to make fitness finally fit your life.
