About Huy
My name is Huy, and I’m a passionate and dedicated fitness coach from London who lives an active and disciplined lifestyle. I have a strong background in sport, having played football at academy level, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and consistency from a young age. Alongside this, I have also competed in boxing, gaining real fight experience that has helped me develop mental toughness, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
I spend a lot of my time in the gym and genuinely enjoy training, improving myself, and staying productive every day. Fitness is not just something I do—it’s a big part of who I am. I’m committed to pushing my limits and helping others do the same, whether their goal is to transform their body, build confidence, or develop a stronger mindset.

My approach to tutoring is centred on full lifestyle transformation, not just workouts. I focus on building a strong relationship with each client first, understanding their current habits, mindset, and goals. From there, I create a structured, personalised plan covering training, nutrition, and daily routines to drive real, lasting change.
I combine accountability, education, and progressive training techniques to help clients develop both their physique and mental discipline. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, delivered online, with ongoing support outside of lessons to track progress and adjust plans.
I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and have two years of experience working at PureGym, coaching a wide range of clients. My lessons are suitable for all ages and levels, from beginners looking to lose weight to individuals aiming to build a stronger, more focused mindset and achieve a leaner physique.
