I use an approach or modality called Positive Psychology. It focuses on developing people's strengths rather than looking at weaknesses. The thing I like about positive psychology is that it looks at 5 pillars for success in a person's life - positive thoughts, engagement in something meaningful, relationships, meaningfulness and purpose, and achievements. It's a formula for true happiness and success.
