About Anita
My life and healing coach journey started from working in Hospitality for 15 years to starting my own business. My experience is in self-development and business, marketing, relationships, retaining a positive mindset and lifestyle, dyslexia, stress and healing from grief.
My main focus of topics is everything I have had to overcome and work on in my own personal and professional life and I am now in a place I never thought would be possible.
My aim is to empower you and to help you achieve beyond your potential.

Each session is designed for the individual and their needs. However the general structure of each session is as followed:

- Mindset and solution
- Task to work on for the week
Of course I have had clients where we have gone beyond this structure because of their situation.
