Perfect! Writing this review after one month of training with Mr Vikas. I have suffered with back pain for 2 years , having undergone 3 steroidal injection in lower back. I did swimming,yoga , walking but not to much help. Mr Vikas, his experience with his own pain and having won over it , is just exceptional at understanding the problem and assisting others. You have to attend just one week sessions with him to experience it yourself.

I'm taking fitness training classes online from Vikas since 1 year. It's been a great journey in maintaining my health. I have PCOD and I had gained a lot of weight. With professional techniques and customised program I'm doing much better now. My overall health has been improved and I'm glad I found him for my personal trainer.
Hi.. I have been taking classes with vikas from 3 months now and I definitely see changes in me. He has good knowledge on what the client requires and customize the sessions accordingly which makes the sessions interesting.
The tutor is extremely knowledgeable and his training is highly organised which help us to work out systematically. I recommend to take personal training from Vikas if you are looking for professional coaching as it has benefited me in maintaining my health and fitness.
