About Benedict
My name is Ben Moody and I'm from Bedford- I managed to get 3 A's at A-level in History, Politics and Economics. I was the captain of my school Rugby Club, a mentor, monitor, the head of my school's PPE Society as well as a deputy house captain. I take pride in my work, I'll be a dedicated tutor and am always free to be asked wider advice other than work-specific should you choose me to tutor you.

My methodology is that, if you pay attention (as much as you can), then you'll get a great deal out of my tutoring. I am for short bursts of learning with short breaks so that the tutee doesn't feel burnt out by the sessions, which are typically an hour- however i am open to changing my session timings if that's needed. My typical techniques include distributed practice- whereby we re-cover topics we have covered in the past over time, which has been proven to increase knowledge retention and practice testing- with small questions covering what we may have studied earlier in the session.
I have experience volunteering in tutoring for young adults who couldn't afford tutoring themselves in A-level economics as well as mentoring experience in school for GCSE Chemistry and Mathematics, so I am best able to lend my experience to students 15-18
