About Youssof
I am recent Sixth form graduate who is starting a BSc in Physiotherapy in September. I have always enjoyed teaching my peers in school and helping them understand subjects they struggle with.
Chemistry has always been my favourite science, so I always look forward to lessons and enjoy helping students.

-I like to test my student before starting the lesson to gauge what level they are currently on and what approach would best suit them.
-I identify their weak points and focus most effort and energy on filling in knowledge gaps.
-I ask a lot of topic related questions during the session to ensure that the student actively engages with the content, making it more likely for them to retain the session’s content.
- A lesson is typically an hour long, with some flexibility available if my schedule allows for it.
-I have been helping my younger siblings with understanding difficult school subjects for years, as well as helping my peers in school when they do not understand a subject.
-The lessons are primarily for GCSE chemistry students who need additional support in their studies, but anyone interested in learning is welcome.

Youssof is excellent at explaining content and helped me with History. He was very knowledgeable and knew the content in great depth. His patience and ability to break down difficult concepts made History feel easy and helped me to enjoy the subject and thrive. One thing which stood out about Youssof is his willingness to always go the extra mile to help me succeed further.
I’ve been friends with Youssof since primary school. His gentle and understanding approach to teaching is amazing; whenever I have trouble with Chemistry class, he was always there to help. Not only did I find him to be highly knowledgeable, but his joy in teaching leaves a really good impression. He finds really simple ways to explain difficult concepts and is also a sensible person who is great to talk to. I find him easy to relate to and never feel pressured to ask questions.
