About Hannah
Hi! :)
I’m Hannah, currently studying Medicine at University of Lancashire (which used to be called UCLan). I achieved A*s at A-Level and 9s at GCSE for Biology, Chemistry and Maths, the subjects I tutor in. I’ve always enjoyed the satisfaction that comes with knowing that I’ve contributed to my student’s confidence and success in addition to knowing that I can still put what I’ve learned to good use. I enjoy playing rounders and practising mendhi designs in my free time as an outlet and to improve myself outside of my studies. I look forward to meeting you and helping you succeed!

My lessons are for anyone doing GCSEs or A-Levels. Each lesson is 1 hour online, tailored to your preferred timings, learning style, strengths and weaknesses. I’m a firm believer in trusting the process and having patience in lessons, adapting how I teach until you’re happy! Typically, each lesson starts with a starter for recap and exam technique, which gets you into the studying mindset before we start a new topic. Depending on how well you know the new topic, I may initially work through examples with you to help you understand things better before easing you into tackling the more tricky questions independently. I have had experience in tutoring for GCSEs professionally, so rest assured you’re in good hands!
