Milena is an incredible Pilates teacher! I had the opportunity to first meet her when I needed physiotherapy for my knees (which, by the way, helped me with my health recovery), and then I took classes with her that helped me strengthen muscles I didn’t even know I had!!. She is always attentive to how you feel and focused on your needs. I would recommend taking classes or any session with her. An incredible human being, too :)

I highly recommend Milena as a Pilates tutor! She is a good friend of mine, so I know firsthand how passionate and dedicated she is about teaching.
What I appreciate most about her teaching method is how patient, clear, and encouraging she is. She explains every movement step by step, making sure your form is correct and safe, regardless of your fitness level

I’ve been taking pilates classes with Milena for about a year and a half now.

She’s such an attentive teacher, always correcting your posture without slowing down the class. She explains everything clearly and really pays attention to how you’re doing, which makes you feel super confident, especially if you’re just starting out.

Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone patient, easy to talk to, and who really knows her stuff. You feel like you’re in good hands with her.
