About Rahzier Reggie
I am someone who has chosen to grow through the hardships in life in order to learn how to embody the truth of the heart & soul. I began meditating when I was just 17 or 18 years old and it has led me to a harmonious and fulfilling life. Through meditation I was able to face my challenges in healthy ways as I continued discovering myself and learning the practices of self-mastery.
Throughout the past 15 years, I've been able to form my own performance coaching practice for athletes utilizing my background as a basketball player & personal trainer. I've helped dozens of athletes breakthrough to higher levels of performance through teaching them to master their mind, their emotions, and how those skills translate to performance.
I am now opening my specified teachings to everyone who is willing to live healthier & more fulfilling lives. Learning the practice of self-mastery leads to higher levels of inner peace, mental clarity, improved decision making, increased appreciation for life, self love, and more. All of these changes & improvements that are made from within are then experienced externally as well. This means that everything that we may desire in life begins first within ourselves. By learning the ways of self-mastery, we learn how to work with life instead of against it.
It is my passion to provide guidance to those who are trying to live better and Be better.

Self-Mastery is at the core of living a better life. Most of us have been programmed since birth to chase external validation and rewards. By seeking external success, we are actually giving our power away to be used against us. Yes, it may be exciting to chase after what is labeled as "success", but is it really fulfilling? Oftentimes it is only fulfilling for a moment before we're off to chasing the next thing that is being sold to us as "success".
Self-Mastery teaches us how to live a fulfilling life by taking our power back and utilizing it for our own success. This allows us to develop self love, healthy habits, and create a peaceful environment from within. This leads to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life overall.
Each session goes for 1 hour and is completed via Zoom Meeting. My goal is not to make you a "client". My goal is to serve as a guide on your journey of self-mastery so that you can live life in your unique purpose as your True Self. Our initial session will be an assessment that will allow me to see how we can best progress together. I will then construct a plan of action that includes weekly virtual sessions and text/voice message support. This plan of action is designed for your unique needs in order to best help you grow and achieve your goals from within.
