Hi, I’m Katie—an Athletic Training graduate student with hands-on experience working with Division I athletes across football, basketball, and track & field. With a strong academic foundation and real clinical hours behind me, I know how to bridge the gap between theory and practice. I’m passionate about making health and nutritional sciences approachable, engaging, and relevant.
