About Elisa
I am a dedicated and punctual teacher who takes pride in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. My goal is to make French not only accessible but also enjoyable. I like to use authentic materials — such as articles, videos, and everyday resources — so that students experience the language as it is really spoken and used. I bring both academic expertise and practical teaching experience. I want my students to feel confident, motivated, and excited about their progress in French.

I teach French using a practical, communicative approach, focusing on speaking, listening, grammar, and real-life situations. Lessons are usually 60 minutes, tailored to your goals. I studied at La Sorbonne in Paris, hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in London, and have taught in Canada, New Zealand, and England, gaining experience with a wide range of learners and cultural contexts. I work with all levels and ages — from beginners to advanced learners — whether you’re learning for school, work, travel, or personal interest.

Elisa taught me French for 10 months, and thanks to her I'm now able to have great conversations with my french grandma ! I am so grateful, and I really recommend her. She was so encouraging and also very fun and creative and was always adapting her lessons and activities to my personnal interests and goals. And her positive attitude was so refreshing Merci énormément Elisa, du fond du cœur as you say!
