About Inaya

I am a French tutor with over 7 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in European Languages, specialising in French philology. I enjoy working with advanced students who want to dive deep into literary analysis, translation, and academic French. My passion lies in French novels, critical essays, and classic authors, which I bring into my lessons to enrich learning. I support university students preparing dissertations or studying for competitive exams, helping them master complex texts and refine their writing skills. My teaching focuses on understanding the subtle nuances of the language and exploring its rich cultural heritage. I guide students through challenging materials with patience and clear explanations. Together, we analyse texts, discuss themes, and improve language accuracy. My lessons are tailored to help students think critically and express themselves elegantly. I believe learning French is not just about language but about appreciating its beauty and depth. I invite you to join me in mastering the elegance and richness of French language and literature. With dedication and support, you can reach new heights in your French studies. Let's embark on this rewarding journey together.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on building strong conversational fluency through practical speaking and listening exercises. I blend cultural immersion with grammar coaching to help learners speak naturally and confidently. Lessons include role plays, real life dialogues, and authentic materials like videos and articles. Accent reduction is a key part, using phonetics and repetition to develop clear, natural speech. I also emphasise grammar shortcuts and exam strategies to prepare students effectively for tests. Whether the goal is academic success or everyday conversation, I tailor lessons to meet each student’s needs. I support exam takers by focusing on common challenges and building confidence. For academic learners, I provide detailed explanations and practice in reading, writing, and comprehension. My method balances structured learning with spontaneous practice to keep lessons engaging. I encourage students to ask questions and apply what they learn in real situations. Together, we build skills step by step for lasting progress. The goal is not just to learn French but to use it comfortably and confidently in any setting. I help learners excel by focusing on their strengths and areas for growth. Each lesson is designed to motivate and empower you to succeed.
