About Joyce

Hello! I'm a Bachelor of Secondary Education graduate majoring in English, and I graduated Cum Laude. My academic achievement reflects my dedication, discipline, perseverance, and commitment to continuous learning. Beyond my academic background, my teaching practicum in the Philippines and Vietnam helped me develop my classroom communication, lesson planning, instructional material preparation, and student engagement skills.

I am passionate about helping learners discover their potential and become more confident in using English. I value patience, creativity, respect, and understanding, and I believe that every student deserves a learning environment where they feel comfortable expressing themselves and asking questions.

As your tutor, I will do my best to make our lessons welcoming, interactive, and meaningful. I am eager to learn about your interests, understand your goals, and find enjoyable ways to help you improve. I may be at the beginning of my professional tutoring journey, but I bring a strong educational foundation, a willingness to grow, and genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn.

Let's build your English skills and confidence together!

About the lesson

Hi there! Welcome to my English class!

Learning English doesn't have to be boring or intimidating. My goal is to make every lesson interactive, enjoyable, and meaningful, where you can learn, ask questions, share ideas, and feel comfortable making mistakes. As a Bachelor of Secondary Education graduate majoring in English, I have a foundation in lesson planning, classroom instruction, and creating learning materials that support students' needs.

My lessons can include fun word games, real-life conversations, storytelling, reading activities, grammar challenges, and creative speaking exercises. Instead of simply memorizing rules, you'll have opportunities to use English in practical and exciting ways!

I believe every learner has a unique way of learning, so I aim to adapt my activities to your age, level, interests, and goals. Whether you want to improve your grammar, build your vocabulary, practice speaking, strengthen your reading skills, or gain confidence in using English, we'll work together at a pace that suits you.

My class is a supportive space where curiosity is encouraged, progress is celebrated, and mistakes are part of learning. Let's make English an adventure—one word, one conversation, and one achievement at a time. I look forward to learning with you!
