About Layla
I am new at tutoring however I have helped my colleagues achieve the grades they wanted (A/B) by being supportive and catering to how they learn best, whether that be by writing extensive notes as they learn by writing, or making colourful visual aids if they are a visual learner, or give advice and a good structure for writing essays.

I am a University student reading law who would like to tutor students between the ages of 11-18 to help them achieve the grade they desire. I have in particular grades: A* A* RE GCSE, A Geography GCSE, A Classics A-level, B History A-Level.
As useful as I am to students, my aim is to teach you students to become independent learners and enhance their ability to critically think and analyse subjects in a deeper, more analytical manner. My teaching style is person centred and I work with students to develop their strengths.
I know exactly how important it is to develop a trusting relationship with a tutor, enabling a student to find their confidence and unique perspective in their subject. I've experienced the shift that happens when you find the right teacher for you, someone who helps you see your creative potential.
I promise to give the best supplementary education possible, to help them break down the difficult into the simple, and to inspire in them a love for learning.
