About Harris

Hello! My name is Harris Kosmopoulos, and I’m a certified martial arts instructor specializing in practical self-defense and personal safety training. I have been training people of all levels for more than 20 years. I hold an Expert Level 2 certification in Krav Maga (IKMF) and a 6th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo (WT). My teaching approach combines real-world self-defense techniques and is centered around respect, consistency, and continuous personal growth. Every lesson is tailored to your goals and capabilities. I’ve competed at the highest level in Taekwondo Poomsae, winning 4 national gold medals and achieving multiple podium finishes in national and international tournaments. My true focus however, is helping people build the skills to protect themselves and others with confidence.
