About Kristupas
When I started Year 11, I found myself enjoying maths more and more, largely thanks to my teacher. Now that I’m at university working towards becoming a maths professor, I understand how important great teachers and support can be — not only to become better at maths, but to learn to love it.
Outside of maths, I enjoy listening to music, going to concerts and learning how to skateboard. I’d describe myself as friendly and relaxed, and I aim to make my lessons the same way.

As a KCL Mathematics student who genuinely enjoys mathematics and achieved 3 A*s in Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-level, I aim to help students not only improve their grades, but develop a deeper understanding and enjoyment of the subject.
I offer lessons for students from year 9, through GCSE to A-level Maths and Further Maths, as well as students aiming for competitive mathematics degrees. Lessons are flexible and tailored to each student's strengths, weaknesses and goals. Depending on what a student needs, we may focus on understanding a new topic, working through targeted exam-style questions, or completing more intensive exam practice to build confidence and exam technique.
For students aiming to study Mathematics at university, I can also provide more challenging problems beyond the A-level syllabus to develop problem-solving skills and help them prepare for the transition to university-level mathematics. I can also offer preparation for university entrance exams such as the TMUA, as well as UKMT Intermediate and Senior Maths Challenges.
Lessons typically last 45 minutes to an hour, although longer sessions can be arranged where appropriate.
