About Rohan
I was a music student throughout school, and even composed some music pieces at as young as sixteen years of age. I know all the ornamentations, their names, and their functions; I also know the names of each division of note and can identify melodies, rhythms, bass lines, and the instruments that play each. I can even identify compound instrumental pieces, as in combinations of stops on an organ.

I base my classes on the most fundamental elements to begin with, being the staves, notes, clefs, time signatures, and keys and accidentals, in this case, and gradually work our way up the ladder as you master each aspect. I demonstrate the orthographic (correct way of writing) format for a music staff, and/or the way a note or melody is played on your instrument of choice. I find that speaking to you as a peer makes a strong foundation for a quality learning experience.
