About Serena
Hello! My name is Serena and I graduated from Johns Hopkins University in three years. I studied public health and am working towards attending physician assistant graduate school. My high school statistics include receiving 5 on all 8 of my AP exams (Biology, Chemistry, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Psychology, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Chinese) and a 35 on my first time taking the ACT exam. My success in high school and the college admissions process makes me uniquely, highly qualified in general K-12 tutoring and college applications advising. In addition, I am bilingual (Chinese and English) so I can teach students who are more comfortable with Chinese.

Since high school, I have been involved in various volunteering, non-profit, and business initiatives related to tutoring K-12 students. It is my honor to help and see my students succeed. I am truly passionate about building a strong relationship with my students and assisting them in overcoming their academic obstacles. Every student deserves quality education and good teachers which I am happy to provide. In addition, I provide formal feedback and session summaries to the student and their guardian(s) after every tutoring session so that everyone is kept up to date on the student's progress.

Perfect! Serena is exceptionally knowledgable in the entire college application process.
