I stay at Whitefield and Mahadev stays at Malleswaram so it wasn't possible for me to take personal sessions from him. He offered me a solution of online coaching which seemed really reasonable. He quoted 15k for 3 months. It's almost for a month of his personal classes but I got three months! Yay!

He's very prompt and friendly. Made me accountable and serious on the lifestyle change. He emphasized on changing body composition rather than just weight loss. A combination of exercise and nutrition planning has helped me achieve a much needed healthier lifestyle. I'm very happy and would surely recommend!

I was always skeptical about hiring a male fitness coach especially cause I'm a married woman and my husband is away for most of the time. I had a few meetings with Mahadev, he made me extremely comfortable and relaxed. Very professional with his approach and even asks permission if he has to touch or spot me for any exercises/stretches.

The routine usually goes like this:
Warmup, workout, cooldown and if I'm really stressed or sore from the workouts, I have given him permission to give me a deep tissue full body massage, passive stretching and foam rolling.

I would definitely recommend him! I paid 10k for all this for 12 sessions with complimentary massages! Ha ha It was a deal I could not refuse. Do hire him! I would surely recommend his service. :)

The best thing I love about him is his timely followup and whatsapp messages to check on my meal pictures. I forgot to mention he is a certified trainer, masseur and nutritionist. I'm planning to opt for his online coaching since I'll be moving out from the city in the next month.
