About Bertrand
I am Bert, I take teaching Cantonese and general Chinese as a way of cultural exchange, and a life mission to preserve our culture.
My education background in Marketing and International Relations where I specialised in communication, linguistic, and discourse analysis helped me understand how language shape our everyday life.
I had experience teaching Cantonese to native British in the UK, as well as young kids who no longer receive proper classroom Chinese education.
I believe Cantonese and general Chinese are well designed language(s), once you have mastered it, you will find how effective and cultured human communication could be.
I offer face-to-face classes for clients in Vancouver and online classes.
