Peyton was a crew trainer at McDonald’s where I worked as her manager. She was always very engaged when training the crew and help her co workers around her. Her ability to work with new crew was outstanding, always making them feel welcome and ensuring they were understanding everything being shown. I think she would make a great teacher because she understands that everyone learns differently and is great adapting to their style.
