In addition to my academic background, I am also a qualified fitness coach and have a strong interest in sport, which has shaped my teaching style to emphasize discipline, consistency, and goal-setting. Hi, I’m Owen, a third-year medical student from Canada with prior experience teaching Grade 12 biology and a strong academic background as a top high school graduate. My tutoring approach is structured, supportive, and exam-focused. I break down complex biological concepts into simple, logical steps, using diagrams, practice questions, and real-world examples to reinforce understanding. Lessons typically run for 60 minutes and are tailored to each student’s level, learning style, and curriculum requirements. I work with high school students across all year levels, focusing on content mastery, exam technique, and building confidence in biology.
