About Jenny
Hello, I’m Jenny. I’ve worked as a Teaching Assistant supporting literacy in a mainstream UK primary school for over 25 years. During that time, I’ve helped many students who were learning English as an additional language. I’m now focusing full-time on helping both adults and children achieve their English language goals. I really enjoy one-to-one teaching, as I believe a strong tutor–student relationship is key to building confidence and making real progress.

I love creating bespoke lessons that match each student’s learning style, interests, and goals. I’m passionate about making every learner feel safe, supported, and confident. I also hold Advanced TEFL certificates in Teaching Neuro-Diverse Students and Very Young Learners. My lessons usually last an hour for adults and young learners, with shorter, engaging sessions for very young children (ages 4–5). I specialise in teaching levels from Pre-A1 to B2.
